These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 33kb ("33kb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://33kb.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33kb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person.

• 33kb will never contact you to ask for your full password. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is a mandatory process for all 33kb accounts prior to the processing of withdrawals. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by 33kb within one (1) hour during standard operating hours (09:00–23:00 BST, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business window. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 33kb may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where enhanced due diligence is required. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name that match the details held on your 33kb account.

• Withdrawal amounts must not exceed your available verified account balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 33kb does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. Processing times beyond the one-hour target may occur during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• If your account is under review for any compliance, security, or responsible gaming reason, withdrawal processing may be suspended until the review is concluded.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where a cash-out facility is explicitly offered and the cash-out option has not yet expired.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33kb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Match-fixing and fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, or to exploit a known error or technical vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users, platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent risk controls.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity. 33kb complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Unauthorised automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with casino games, or access any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 33kb.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit that was wagered on the Platform. 33kb will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal means.
• Impersonation: Registering an account or placing bets using the identity, payment details, or personal information of another individual without their explicit consent.

33kb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month after a thirty (30)-day notice period. The balance of any dormant account will not be forfeited without prior notification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance in the account may be withheld pending an investigation. If the investigation concludes that the user has acted fraudulently or in breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method, net of any bonus funds that had not met wagering requirements.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 33kb's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
